Thursday

½  Pumpkin Spice Oat Bran Pancake ( 1 egg, 1 Tbsp Yoplait Source, fat-free and aspartame-free yogurt Vanilla 1.5 Tables Spoons of Oat Bran, 1 Tsp Pumpkin spice w ½ Sweet leaf Packet)
1/3 Small apple
½ Cup Yoplait Source, fat-free and aspartame-free yogurt Vanilla, 1.5 Tbsp Oat Bran
1-1/2 Baked Chicken Breast with minced garlic, ground peppercorns, ¼ Salt and 1 Tsp Oat Bran
