Daily Diet | Journal

So yesterday was interesting. I probably should have starting writing what I eat on Sunday. That was a hoot. I binged all day. Oh ya baby. So here we have what I ate today:


07:30 1-1/2 cup of Cornflakes Cereal with 1/2 cup 1% Milk with 1-Tbsp of sugar

09:20 1-Snickers Chocolate bar 

11:20 Sandwich: Large White Kaiser, 1-Tbsp Light Mayo, 50g of Mediterranean Chicken
Apple Juice box, Minute Maid
Vanilla Flavoured Greek Yogurt, Oikos

14:00 Hersey's Chocolate bar with Almonds 

17:00 Snickers


18:30 Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo (370 cal)

19:00 Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo (370 cal)

22:00 Cookies and Cream with cone

I might not do these everyday but I will try to post more frequently.

Since I am not always able (or remember) to take pictures of what I eat I have decided to make a food journal. Yes, it will probably be boring unhealthy and downright shameful but I need to stop neglecting this blog. I will probably start behaving better...
